Terms of Service
Effective 2026-11-01
1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Streamize Co., Ltd. (“we”), which operates Tracevoy at tracevoy.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. What Tracevoy does
You give us a wallet address or transaction hash and choose one transfer. Tracevoy follows that transfer through public blockchain records and gives you a report with a map of where the funds moved, amounts by destination, the records relied on, and an analysis written by AI.
The amounts come from software that reads those records. An AI agent also chooses further checks where a trace stops, using read-only outside sources, and an AI model writes the analysis. AI output can be wrong, so check it against the records in the report.
3. What it doesn’t do
- We don’t recover funds, freeze funds or contact anyone on your behalf.
- A report doesn’t establish who owns or controls a wallet, or that money arriving somewhere is the same money you’re asking about. Amounts are upper bounds unless the report says otherwise.
- Address tags and contract names are the claims of third parties, and may be wrong or out of date.
- A trace can stop early. Sources can be incomplete, unavailable or wrong, and a trace is limited in how much it reads. The report marks what was confirmed, inferred or left unresolved.
- A report isn’t legal, financial or investigative advice. We don’t promise that a court, police force or exchange will accept it or act on it.
Be wary of anyone who promises to recover funds for an upfront payment. We never do.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. Give us a working email address, because that’s how we reach you.
5. Credits and payment
- The service is paid for with prepaid credits, held as a balance in Korean won. One investigation costs ₩300,000 unless a different price is shown before you start. Looking up transfers is free.
- You top up by sending USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20) to the deposit address shown in your account. That address is for your account only.
- A deposit is converted to won at the exchange rate when we confirm it, using Upbit’s price, or Bithumb’s if Upbit’s isn’t available. The rate shown beforehand is only an estimate, so the credited amount can differ.
- Deposits under 1 USDT aren’t credited. Coins or tokens other than USDT, and USDT on other networks, aren’t credited and may not be recoverable. Blockchain transfers can’t be reversed, so check the network and address before you send.
- Your credit is charged when an investigation starts. Failed investigations are handled as our Refund Policy describes.
- Credits have no expiry date while your account is open. They aren’t money, earn no interest and can’t be transferred to another account.
6. Acceptable use
Use Tracevoy only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use it to stalk, harass, threaten, extort or defraud anyone, or to publicly accuse someone on the strength of a report alone;
- use it to launder money, evade sanctions or hide the source of funds, or to pay us with funds from crime;
- use our service if you’re subject to sanctions that prohibit it;
- present a report as more certain than it says it is, or alter it and present it as ours;
- attack the service, get around its limits, or scrape or resell it in bulk without our written agreement.
7. Compliance
We may ask you to verify your identity or the source of a deposit, and may decline, hold or report a transaction or suspend an account where the law requires it or where we reasonably suspect a breach of section 6. We’ll tell you when we’re allowed to.
8. Your content and ours
You may use your reports for your own purposes, including giving them to the police, lawyers or an exchange. We keep them in your account as our Privacy Policy describes. The service, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. Blockchain records and third-party data belong to their sources.
9. Changes and interruptions
We may change, suspend or end features, including the supported networks and data sources. We’ll give reasonable notice of major changes when we can. If we close the service, you can get unused credits refunded under our Refund Policy.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and we don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, or that you’ll recover anything. We aren’t liable for losses caused by decisions you make from a report, by third-party sources, by blockchain networks or by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Nothing here limits liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.
11. Ending your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by email. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after telling you why unless the law prevents it.
12. Changes to these terms
We’ll post changes on this page with a new date at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days if they’re to your disadvantage, and we’ll email you about significant ones. If you don’t agree, stop using the service and ask for your unused credits to be refunded before they take effect.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Otherwise, the courts of Korea have jurisdiction, as Korean law determines, including any rights consumers have to sue where they live.
