Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-11-01
Streamize Co., Ltd. (“we”) operates Tracevoy. This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and sign-in details. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication, and we never see them. If you use Google, we also receive your name and profile photo.
- Investigations: the addresses and transaction hashes you enter, the transfers you choose, the private note you add, and the reports we produce.
- Credits: your deposit address, the wallet each deposit came from, transaction hashes, amounts, exchange rates and your balance history.
- Technical: server logs, including IP address, browser type and time of access.
We don’t ask for your name, national ID or bank details. We may ask for identity details if the law requires it, or to process a refund, and we’ll say why at that time.
Why we use it
- To run your account and carry out the investigations you ask for.
- To credit deposits, charge for investigations, give refunds and answer your questions.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix faults.
- To meet legal duties, such as keeping transaction records.
We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t use your investigations for advertising. The legal basis is performing our contract with you, our legal obligations and, where needed, your consent.
Your private note
The note you add to an investigation is stored with it for you to find it later. It isn’t sent to the AI model or the data sources.
Information about other people
Investigations use wallet addresses and transactions that are already public on blockchains. They can relate to other people. Don’t put other people’s personal details in your private note unless you have good reason to.
Who receives it, and transfers abroad
We use these providers to run the service, and your information is transferred to them over the internet as you use it. Our database is in the United States. You can refuse by not using the service or by closing your account, but we can’t provide the service without them.
| Recipient | Country | What | Purpose | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google LLC (Firebase Authentication, Firestore) | United States | Email, sign-in details, name and photo from Google, your investigations and notes, credit records | Running accounts and storing data | Until deletion as set out below |
| Vercel Inc. | United States and other regions where it operates | Everything passing through the site, and server logs | Hosting the service | Logs: up to 3 months |
| Anthropic PBC | United States | The trace: public addresses, transaction hashes and amounts. Not your email, your private note or your account details | AI investigation and analysis | Under its commercial terms |
| Better Stack, Inc. | United States and EU | Server logs, which can include your account ID and the transactions investigated | Finding and fixing faults | Up to 3 months |
To carry out an investigation, we also send public addresses and transaction hashes, with no account details, to blockchain data services: Routescan, Blockscout, TronGrid, Sourcify, Openchain, 4byte.directory, LI.FI, Across, Wormholescan, LayerZero Scan and THORChain’s Midgard. We read exchange rates from Upbit and Bithumb, which receive nothing about you.
We may also disclose information when the law or a valid order from an authority requires it.
How long we keep it
- Account details and investigations: until you close your account, then deleted within 30 days, except as below.
- Payment and credit records: 5 years, and records of contracts and withdrawals: 5 years. Records of complaints and disputes: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
- Access logs: up to 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act).
Transactions on a blockchain are public and permanent, and nobody can delete them, including deposits to your address.
Cookies and browser storage
We use one essential cookie, __session, which keeps you signed in for up to 5 days. We remember in your browser if you dismiss a language suggestion.
We don’t currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and we’ll update this policy before we do.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent, by emailing admin@streamize.net. We reply within 10 days, unless the law requires us to keep the information or allows us to refuse. Closing your account is done by the same email.
The service is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We encrypt connections, limit data access to what the service needs, and keep account data readable only by you and our servers. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we’ll tell you as the law requires.
